meet aristea

Aristea Zougri, also known as Althea, is a highly skilled massage therapist with a background in Kinesiotherapy. She has been a fully licensed therapist since 2001 and further expanded her expertise by training at the prestigious Traditional Medical School WATPO in Thailand, where she specialised in Thai Yoga Massage. With a strong foundation in physiotherapy and therapeutic bodywork, Aristea integrates a range of techniques to create tailored treatments that suit each client’s unique needs.

Since moving to London in 2011, Aristea has dedicated herself to helping people through the power of touch and movement. In 2013, she founded Althea Massage and later deepened her practice by completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Centric School of Yoga. A compassionate and intuitive therapist, Aristea provides a calming, restorative space for her clients, believing that the body holds its own innate healing wisdom. Her approach is centred on creating balance, relaxation, and deep connection, guiding clients towards greater well-being through personalised treatments.
