Joanna Kudzielka’s hypnotherapy journey started in 2005 when she entered the world of alternative therapies and qualified as a massage therapist. Over the years she has realised that the key to happiness and success in people’s lives is in their minds. Having experienced profound changes in her own life using Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, she decided to qualify as a solution focused hypnotherapist with Clifton Practice in London in order to help others find their happiness.

Joanna Kudzielka hypnotherapy sessions are positive, insightful, supportive and very relaxing leading to lasting change in her clients’ lives. She specifically uses solution focused hypnotherapy which is an effective therapy that uses relaxation, visualisation and trance to bring about positive and measurable changes in every session. Being able to witness positive shifts and changes in her clients’ lives is the most rewarding aspect of her job. Over the years, she has helped many clients overcome stress, anxiety, phobias, and more—empowering them to regain control and create a life where they can thrive.
