Mick is a highly skilled deep tissue injury massage practitioner, specialising in chronic pain relief and injury recovery. With certifications in Level III and IV Personal Training, Level I and II PICP Strength & Conditioning, Active Release Technique (A.R.T.), and the Bodytool, Mick brings a wealth of expertise to his practice. He has a deep understanding of how old injuries, scars, adhesions, and trigger points create tension patterns that lead to pain and imbalance elsewhere in the body.

Mick combines deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, A.R.T., and soft tissue techniques to effectively relieve pain and restore movement. His tailored treatments not only address immediate discomfort but also work to prevent future issues, helping clients stay active and pain-free. Mick’s in-depth body assessment skills allow him to pinpoint the root cause of discomfort, ensuring his clients experience long-lasting relief and improved overall well-being.
